Most film friendly state Award : हेलो दोस्तों , पांच साल में दूसरी बार, मध्य प्रदेश को 68वें राष्ट्रीय फिल्म पुरस्कार 2020 में “सर्वाधिक फिल्म-अनुकूल राज्य” से सम्मानित किया गया है। इसे दोहरा आनंद देने के लिए, गैर-फीचर श्रेणी में ‘सर्वश्रेष्ठ नृवंशविज्ञान फिल्म’ का पुरस्कार राजेंद्र जंगल द्वारा निर्देशित और बैगा आदिवासी जीवन पर मध्य प्रदेश जनजातीय संग्रहालय द्वारा निर्मित ‘मंडल के बोल’ को दिया गया।
एमपी ने 12 अन्य राज्यों को ‘मोस्ट फिल्म फ्रेंडली’ पुरस्कार से हराया। निर्देशक विपुल शाह की अध्यक्षता और छायाकार धरम गुलाटी और जीएस भास्कर की अध्यक्षता में 10 सदस्यीय जूरी, अभिनेता श्रीलेखा मुखर्जी, ए कार्तिकराजा, वीएन आदित्य, वीजी थंपी, संजीव रतन, एस थंगदुरई और निशिगंधा ने विजेताओं का चयन किया।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने मप्र की जनता, पर्यटन विभाग के अधिकारियों और फिल्म उद्योग से जुड़े लोगों को बधाई दी है. प्राकृतिक और ऐतिहासिक विरासत की सुंदरता की भूमि पर पर्यटकों को आमंत्रित करते हुए उन्होंने ट्वीट किया, “यह वास्तव में राज्य में बहुआयामी विकास के विस्तार के हमारे निरंतर प्रयासों के अनुरूप है।”
मप्र सरकार 2020 में फिल्म पर्यटन नीति लेकर आई, जिसमें फिल्म निर्माताओं को आकर्षित करने के लिए अनुदान और छूट और सिंगल-विंडो क्लीयरेंस सिस्टम की पेशकश की गई। इसके साथ ही राज्य में अब तक 90 से ज्यादा फिल्मों, वेबसीरीज और सीरियल्स की शूटिंग हो चुकी है। “अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्मों, टीवी धारावाहिकों और वेब श्रृंखलाओं के लिए 10 करोड़ रुपये तक, फीचर फिल्मों के लिए 25% या 2 करोड़ रुपये तक और टीवी धारावाहिकों या वेब श्रृंखलाओं के लिए 25% या 1 करोड़ रुपये तक के वित्तीय अनुदान का प्रावधान है। . पर्यटन विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि वृत्तचित्रों के लिए 40 लाख रुपये का वित्तीय अनुदान दिया जाएगा।
स्थानीय कलाकारों को 25 लाख रुपये तक का अतिरिक्त वित्तीय अनुदान दिया जाता है। फिल्म क्रू को पर्यटन विभाग के होटलों और रिसॉर्ट्स में आवास पर 40% की छूट और फिल्म के बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास पर 30% तक का वित्तीय अनुदान मिलता है। 2020 के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ अभिनेता का पुरस्कार सूर्या को ‘सूररई पोटरु’ के लिए और अजय देवगन को हिंदी फिल्म ‘तानाजी: द अनसंग वॉरियर’ के लिए साझा किया गया। मनोज मुंतशिर ने हिंदी फिल्म ‘साइना’ के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ गीत का पुरस्कार जीता है। पुरस्कारों की पूरी सूची नीचे दी गई है।
